Instruction for Presenters

Speakers must login to their Zoom conference room at least 60 minutes before the session start time (not your time slot, but the session time slot).
When you enter the session room of Zoom, please rename yourself immediately using Your ID article_ your name eg. PEF001_Punya
Please use the provided background for chairman which can be downloaded here (add background file)
The duration of online presentation is as follows:
Presenting article:15 minutes (10 for VDO presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A)
The presenter will be reminded once (bell sound) by the session host when the Q&A time is over.

Session Chairs should log in to the Zoom conference room 30 minutes before the session starts.
When you enter the session room of Zoom, please rename yourself immediately using code_your name eg.C1R1_Punya
The duration of online presentation is as follows:
Presenting article:15 minutes (10 for VDO presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A), play video by the session host.
The bell sound will be heard once after the Q&A of each presentation.

You can attend all technical sessions registered online for TSAE2021.
When you enter the session room of Zoom, please rename yourself immediately using Your name_your institution eg. Punya_RMUTL and switch off your microphone.
You can make a question or comment during the Q&A session. After the session chair called you, please talk with switch on your microphone.
