Presentation Guideline

  1. All presenters must join the Zoom meeting before the session starts and use the provided background for presenter which can be downloaded here (add background file) Each article will start with a VDO presentation of PowerPoint (not exceed 10 minutes) opened by the session host and followed by 5-minute question session (The presenter should have the presentation slides ready for Q&A session).
  2. All participants in each session must remain in the conference room throughout the session.
  3. The VDO record must be loud and clear throughout the presentation without any disturbing noises. The presenter must be present in the VDO presentation at all times in the bottom right corner of screen.
  4. The VDO clip must be saved in MPEG-4 format (.mp4) with paper number as the file name eg. I-TSAExxxxx.mp4
  5. Please upload the VDO file on cloud storage eg. Google Drive or OneDrive then generate the link to the VDO file and upload the link to the submission system. The VDO file must be uploaded within 16th August 2022.

*If an article is accepted for presentation however, in any circumstances that the presenter is unable to attend or participate in the conference without prior notice, the article will be withdrawn from TSAE2022 Proceeding. The registration fee is not refundable.

แนวทางการนำเสนอผล TSAE 2022 ประเภทบรรยาย

  1. ผู้นำเสนอทุกท่านจะต้องเข้าโปรแกรม Zoom ก่อนจะเริ่มการนำเสนอ ในการนำเสนอแต่ละบทความจะนำเสนอโดยใช้ VDO ที่บันทึกไฟล์นำเสนอ (ความยาวไม่เกิน 10 นาที) ซึ่งวีดีโอจะเปิดโดยผู้ควบคุมห้อง เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการนำเสนอ จะตามด้วยการถาม-ตอบ เป็นเวลา 5 นาที (ผู้นำเสนอควรเตรียมสไลด์นำเสนอให้พร้อมเพื่อใช้สำหรับการถาม-ตอบด้วย)
  2. ผู้เข้าร่วมทุกท่านจะต้องอยู่ในห้องประชุมจนกว่าการนำเสนอทุกบทความในช่วงการนำเสนอของท่าน (session) จะเสร็จเรียบร้อย
  3. คลิปวีดีโอนำเสนอจะต้องมีภาพและเสียงที่ชัดเจนปราศจากเสียงรบกวนอื่นๆ โดยในคลิปวีดีโอจะต้องเห็นผู้นำเสนอ (ควรอยู่ตรงมุมขวาล่างของคลิปด้วย)
  4. คลิปวีดีโอนำเสนอจะต้องบันทึกในรูปแบบของ MPEG-4 format (.mp4) และบันทึกโดยใช้หมายเลขบทความเป็นชื่อไฟล์ เช่น I-TSAExxxxx.mp4
  5. จากนั้นอัพโหลดไฟร์ขึ้นบนพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud Storage) เช่น Google Drive หรือ One Drive และส่งลิงค์มายังระบบส่งบทความของท่าน เข้าสู่ระบบภายในวันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2565

* หากบทความใดได้รับการตอบรับให้นำเสนอในงานประชุม แต่ผู้นำเสนอไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมได้และไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทางผู้จัดทราบล่วงหน้า บทความนั้นจะไม่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในรายงานสืบเนื่องงานประชุม และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนได้ในทุกกรณี
